First Annual Holiday Craft Fair!

Doors Open: 9:30am
Event Ends: 5:00pm

Each vendor is responsible for setting up and cleaning up their assigned area. There will be no assistance available, so please plan accordingly. Setup begins at 7:30 AM, and cleanup must be completed by 6:00 PM. Vendors may bring their own refreshments or purchase them at the concessions counter; however, NO FOOD can be sold by vendors.

Please ensure your area is properly set up and cleaned, as any items left behind after the cleanup period will become property of EHVFC and may be sold or discarded. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own cash or point-of-sale equipment, as EHVFC will not provide change and is not responsible for technical issues with your sales equipment.

For parking: Loading and unloading are allowed on the south side of the building near the double doors, but do not block the doors. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the back parking lot to allow space for others. The front lot is reserved for customer parking, and handicap spots are for permit holders only. The parking lot will be monitored for violations.

Sales tax reporting is the responsibility of each vendor. We hope you and your customers enjoy the event and that it is a profitable experience.
