The design for the Earleigh Heights Volunteer Fire Company consists of a new 26,000 SF two-story hybrid station and a 12,000 SF community hall. The construction is to be completed in two phases, with the fire station being constructed first. The station is designed for fire fighters as well as EMS responders with 5 drive-thru bays, 15 semi-private bunk rooms, 4 live-in bunk rooms with private bathrooms, a dayroom, kitchen, grilling terrace, fitness room as well as space for administrative offices.
Within the bays there will be a training mezzanine, a training balcony on the exterior of the building and a training classroom within the building. The site allows for future development as well as a large area for a local carnival.
